This medication is responsible for inhibiting cyclooxygenase (COX), an enzyme that helps in producing prostaglandins by inhibiting cyclooxygenase (COX) enzyme. Axifen helps to relieve symptoms like pain and inflammation.

Pain Relief

  • It is used to treat pain caused by different conditions: osteoarthritis, ankylosing spondylitis.
  • It is also used to treat acute pain such as pain after surgery and pain due to injuries.
  • Used to reduce pain after dental procedure.

Reduce Inflammation

  • Use for reducing or managing inflammation due to Gout.
  • It is used to reduce inflammation in case of arthritis.
  • Use for reducing inflammation related to Muscle sprain and tendonitis(Tendonitis is the Inflammation of tendons between your bones and muscle).

Fever Reduction

  • Sometimes used for lowering the fever.

Dosage

Take it as prescribed by the doctor.

Overdose

If you have taken more than the recommended dose, seek medical help.

Missed Dose

Digoxin: This is a medicine used to treat heart failure or certain abnormal heart rhythms.

Lithium:  A type of medicine used to treat conditions related to Mental health.
