Tempramine Syrup is used to treat allergic symptoms such as allergic rhinitis, hay fever, rash, itching, and runny nose, especially relieving colds and fever in children. It contains an antihistamine known as Chlorpheniramine.

Mechanism:
It is a histamine that works by preventing the production of histamine chemicals that are produced by mast cells in the body. these chemicals are responsible for the allergic symptoms. Tempramine relieves allergic symptoms by blocking these chemicals.

Precautions:
- Avoid or drive carefully as Tempramine Syrup may cause drowsiness and dizziness.
